Overview
The Junxuan Cooling Combined Unit of Air Conditioner with Heat Exchanger (HEX) is designed for telecom outdoor cabinets and industrial control/electrical enclosures that operate in a sealed condition. It maintains the internal cabinet temperature in a stable range (typically 20–45°C) to protect heat-sensitive components and keep equipment running reliably in unmanned or remote sites.
Why “A/C + Heat Exchanger”?
This integrated design gives you two cooling paths:
Heat Exchanger (Free Cooling): Uses the natural temperature difference to remove heat and reduce compressor run time—ideal for cooler nights or cold seasons.
Compressor Cooling: Automatically switches to refrigeration when ambient conditions are not suitable for free cooling, ensuring stable cabinet temperature.

Notes: Avoid using in high oil, strongly corrosive, or flammable/explosive gas environments.
Working Modes (Automatic)
After power-on, the unit runs a self-test and then operates in one of three states: Standby / Heat Exchange / Cooling.
Default control thresholds (can be adjusted):
Standby running temperature: 35°C
Heat exchange temperature: 40°C with effective inside/outside delta ≥ 15°C
Cooling temperature: 40°C when inside/outside delta < 10°C
Cold start temperature: 45°C
